ErenApi Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
ErenApi provides tools for merchants and developers to manage payment-notification verification workflows. This policy explains how information may be handled when you use our service.
1. Information We May Collect
We may process your account identifier, email address, merchant registration details, API-key verification data, transaction references, amounts submitted for verification, and technical logs needed to protect and operate the service.
2. Gmail Access and Permission
Gmail access will only be requested if a Gmail connection feature is implemented and you choose to authorize it through Google's consent screen. The service must request only the permissions necessary for its stated purpose. Signing in with Google alone does not give ErenApi permission to read your Gmail messages.
If Gmail access is enabled, information retrieved from Gmail may be processed to search for relevant payment notifications and compare transaction references and amounts. ErenApi must not access a mailbox without the account holder's authorization.
3. How Information Is Used
Information may be used to provide account features, process verification requests, prevent duplicate processing, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and protect the service from misuse.
4. Storage and Security
ErenApi uses security measures intended to protect account information and API credentials. Secret credentials should be stored on the server and must not be exposed in public frontend code. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
5. Sharing and Service Providers
Information may be processed by service providers required to operate ErenApi, such as authentication, hosting, and database providers. Information will not be sold as a product. Any additional sharing must be explained before the relevant feature is used.
6. Retention and Deletion
Information should be retained only for as long as needed for the service, security, legal obligations, and dispute handling. Users may request deletion of their account data or disconnection of an authorized Gmail connection by contacting the service operator.
7. Your Choices
You can choose whether to authorize Gmail access when that feature is available. You can also revoke Google's access through your Google Account permissions. Revoking access may prevent Gmail-based verification features from working.
8. Children's Privacy
ErenApi is intended for people legally able to use the service and manage merchant accounts. Do not use the service if you are not eligible under applicable laws or service requirements.
9. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when the service or its data practices change. The latest version will be published on this page.
10. Contact
For privacy questions or data-deletion requests, contact the ErenApi operator through the support email published on the service.
